Transfer Talks: Chelsea have made a late bid for Victor Osimhen, with talks still ongoing. The club's co-sporting directors, Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, traveled to Napoli on Thursday night to proceed with negotiations.


Agreement with Al-Ahli: Napoli have agreed to sell Osimhen to Al-Ahli, but the striker has yet to make a decision. Chelsea's offer is thought to be an initial loan with an obligation to buy next summer.


Wage Proposal: Osimhen has rejected Chelsea's wage proposal of €155,000 per week. The club is still trying to convince him to join, but the deal may rely on him agreeing to fit into their team and incentive-based wage structure.


Competition from Al-Ahli: Al-Ahli have agreed on personal terms with Osimhen and are waiting for his decision. If he chooses to join them, Chelsea will miss out on the transfer.
